This feels familiar

Coming back to work after the winter break can be tough. In addition to the hangover of relaxation, the cold weather makes it so hard to get up in the morning. How are you dealing with the back to work/school blues? My solution basically involves a lot of coffee but I get the impression there’s more I could be doing. I know there’s the obvious ones: go to bed early, wake up with your alarm and eat breakfast, but is there something unique you may do that gets you going after a long layoff? Please share!
