My blogroll needs your help

If you take a look to the right on the first panel you’ll notice my blogroll is lacking. I have my regular blogs and other infotainment sites I visit regularly, which I will add. Before I do though, I’d like to get your opinion on sites you think I should be visiting, or if you want to promote your own blog, let me know why. I’m a big fan of crowdsourcing so here’s my mini-opportunity to do it.

Hopefully if there are enough comments we can get a good list going and promote some blogs in the process. So with that, share away! I’m looking forward to checking out all your recommendations.

  1. Hi Sean, saw your tweet … I am writing a blog for the City about our web re:Branding. If anyone uses toronto.ca and has something to say about it, we want to hear it. We do get anecdotal messages in mails that the site is er, well, not the best. So, we want to use social networking to get some dialogue going about it. Now is the time for people to weigh in. We’re looking at presenting change ideas in a labs space come the summer – but don’t quote me on the time :0) Oh, and we’re looking for more substantial thoughts than “it sucks” – tell us why it sucks and what you want it to do for you. That kind of thing.

Thanks for commenting Keith! I hope you get more constructive feedback as I know how the online commentary can be sometimes. It’s good to see the city is looking to get feedback and I’m sure with more exposure to the venture (especially on Twitter) I can see it becoming more constructive.

Is the blogroll the “2,579 smart people” thing? If so its on the left panel for me…Well I like the site “naturalnews”. If you dont get into the nutrition stuff at least teh straight forward writing on how governments screw up all ideas is interesting. – AH

No that’s the number of unique visits to the blog. The blogroll is on the right called “blogroll” 🙂 It just has my other blog there for enow. I will be adding others to it (even though I got very little audience participation!)

I don’t follow too many blogs, but this is one of my favourites (apart from yours):
